Hormones dictate everything.

They’re with us for 48-50% of our life.. so why tolerate hormone imbalances?

Hormone testing

  • DUTCH Testing

The DUTCH test (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) is a functional lab test that provides an in-depth analysis of hormone levels and how they are metabolised in the body.

It is particularly useful for complex hormone issues—such as fatigue, mood swings, irregular cycles, acne, or sleep disturbances—because it assesses not just hormone levels (like cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone) but also their pathways, giving deeper insight into imbalances and root causes.

Particularly good for conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Adrenal Fatigue, Fertility & MTHFR concerns, Menopause.

  • Saliva Hormone Testing

Saliva hormone testing measures the free, bioavailable levels of hormones such as cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. It’s especially useful for assessing daily cortisol rhythms and short-term hormone fluctuations.

Saliva testing is often chosen over urine testing when a simple, cost-effective option is needed to track active hormone levels—particularly for stress, adrenal function, or cycle mapping—without the deeper metabolic analysis that urine testing provides.

Useful for high stress, insomnia, stress-induced hormone concerns, adrenal fatigue and peri-menopause.

  • Blood Testing

Blood hormone testing measures total levels of hormones circulating in the bloodstream, including both bound (inactive) and free (active) forms. It’s commonly used in conventional medicine and can be helpful for assessing baseline levels of key hormones like thyroid, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

However, it has limitations—it doesn’t show how hormones are metabolised, can miss subtle imbalances, and only captures a snapshot in time rather than daily fluctuations. It also may not reflect the bioavailable (active) portion of hormones, especially in cases of stress, fatigue, or complex hormonal symptoms.
